Although we prefer online registration, you may mail, fax or call in your registration and health information.  Please note: Credit card registrations can only be processed online. We no longer can accept credit card payments over the phone or on a paper registration.

Helpful hints
  • Camp fees are to be paid in full when registering
  • Grade levels for camp are for the grade going into for fall of 2013
  • Camps are filled on a first-come, first-served basis

REGISTRATION FORM and HEALTH FORM: mail to Conference address or fax to 573-442-8962. Please fill out the Health Form completely. No need to send the records separate. Ex. For parent/child camps, both the parent and the child need to fill out both the health and registration forms.

Registration Instructions
  • Register before April 30thand receive a $25 Early Bird discount.
  • Please register early as events fill up quickly. Registration deadline is two weeks before the event unless otherwise indicated. 
  • Register online at https://umcdata.net/Mocamps or use the 2013 Summer Camp Registration Form.
  • Register by event number and event name. The grade level of the event corresponds to the grade that the camper will be entering in the fall of 2013. Please remember to include your shirt size and family code word.
  • Please provide full church name and information on registration sheet.
  • A completed Health Form is required by each participant to complete and confirm registration.
  • Payment is due in full to complete registration. 

    • Discounts and Payments  Camp fees are to be paid in full (including Church
    Vouchers) when registering. All checks should be made payable to MO UMC CAMPS, 3601 Amron Ct., Columbia, MO 65202. If your registration is postmarked by the Early Bird Deadline, you may pay the early bird price or choose to pay the entire fee and that difference go into a Camp Scholarship
    fund to help others attend camp.  A pastor-approved Conference Voucher may be included as part of the full payment required. Conference Vouchers will not be given in the form of a reimbursement.  In addition to the Early Bird discount, you may be eligible for a family discount when more than 1 child from the  same household attends. 

    The Bring a Friend discount is eligible to anyone who invites a person to camp that has not been to camp before OR within the past 3 years. This discount can only be used one time per new person. Ex. Susie
    and Debbie both invited Sally to camp.  Only one of them can use the discount and the full name is required at time of registration.

    The Sibling Discount applies when you have multiple children attending camp. It applies once per registration and is not applicable on Family camps. The discount is: 
  • $15 for 2ndchild
  • $30 for 3rd
  • $40 for 4thand so forth

    • Cost of camp stretching your budget?  Your church may help pay a part of the fee. Check with your Camp Contact person or your Pastor. Your district may have Campership Funds available. Check with
    your District office. If you have tried your church and district office, the Camping and Retreat Ministries Office may be able to help. Call 1-888-271-1999 to see if Campership Funds are available.

    What happens after I register my child?  You will receive a confirmation letter from the
    Camping and Retreat office. You willalso receive a packet prior to your camp date from the Event Director and/or Site Director, with information about what you will need to bring to camp.
     
    Cancellations and Refunds  If the event you have registered for is booked or
    cancelled, we will help you select another event. If another selection will not work out, you
    will receive a full refund.  Cancellations must be done at least two weeks prior to the start of camp. 
    You will receive a refund of what you paid, minus a non-refundable $50 deposit fee. If you cancel after the two week cutoff, no refund and/or voucher credit will be issued.  In the event of illness, accident or family emergency, call the camping office PRIOR to the first day of camp.  No refunds or transfers will be made for those who fail to show up on opening day.
     
    Helping Others Many children and adults only experience camp because of the generosity of loving sponsors who support them with monetary donations. Sponsor a local child from your church or neighborhood. Contact your local church or our office for more information.

    Registration Policy     The Camping and Retreat Ministries Office of the Missouri United Methodist Conference are open to all persons without regard to race, religion gender or national origin.  An equal number of males/females may be required for some events.
